How to Safelist our Emails

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add our email address to your safe senders list for various email providers.

By safelisting our emails, you'll ensure that our messages won't end up in your spam or junk folders. This way, you won't miss out on any important updates, news, or opportunities we share with you.

Google (Gmail)

  1. Sign in to your account and access the email in your inbox. Move your cursor over the name of the sender; a window will appear. Click on the "Add to contacts" symbol to include the sender in your Contacts list.

  2. In Gmail, you can also safelist a sender without opening the email. Hover your mouse over the sender's name near the email's subject line. In the window that appears, click on "More." Choose "Add to senders" to add them to your Contacts list.

Yahoo

  1. Access your Yahoo! Mail account and select the "Contacts" symbol.

  2. In the lower section of the contacts side menu, choose "Add a new contact."

  3. Type in a name for the new contact and fill in the sender's email address in the designated "Email" field. Feel free to include any extra details you prefer.

  4. To store the new contact, press "Save" located at the end of the side menu.

  5. Your contact list will now display the newly added contact.

Outlook

  1. In Outlook, you have two methods to safelist an email sender. The initial method involves adding the sender to your contacts. Start by selecting the "People" icon.

  2. Choose the option to "Add a contact."

  3. Find the Add a contact option.

  4. To include the sender's details, click "Add more" and input their name and email address.

  5. After inputting the necessary contact details, select "Create."

  6. Your newly added contact will be displayed.

  7. Alternatively, to safelist a sender, you can adjust the Junk Email settings. Begin by clicking on the "Settings" icon.

  8. In the Settings menu, navigate to the bottom and select "View all Outlook settings."

  9. Go to the "Junk email" section.

  10. In the Safe senders and domains area, choose "Add."

  11. Type in the email address of the sender you wish to safelist and press enter.

  12. Finally, hit "Save." This action will safelist the sender in your Outlook inbox.

Apple Mail

  1. Choose "Mail" and then "Preferences" from the main menu at the top.

  2. Once in the "Preferences" window, select the "Rules" tab and then press the "Add Rule" button.

  3. In the "Rules" dialogue, enter a name for your rule in the "Description" box. Set it as follows: “If any of the following conditions are met: From Contains.” Enter the sender’s email in the box next to “Contains.” Choose “Move Message” and “Inbox” from the respective drop-down lists. Click “Ok” to confirm and save your rule.

AOL

  1. Navigate to the bottom left area of your account page and select the "Contacts" symbol.

  2. Locate the Contacts symbol.

  3. Choose the option labeled "Add New Contact."

  4. Select Add New Contact Option.

  5. Fill in the contact's name and their email address, as well as any additional details you wish to add. Afterwards, press "Add Contact" to store this contact.

  6. Input Contact Details and Confirm by Clicking Add Contact.

  7. The contact you just added will now be visible.

Verizon

  1. Access your email account.

  2. Select "Options".

  3. Choose "Block Senders".

  4. Find the "Safe List" section.

  5. Type in the domain of your contact.

  6. Press "OK".

Comcast

  1. Select "Address Book".

  2. Choose "New," then select "New Contact".

  3. Input the email address of the sender.

  4. Click on "Save".

Thunderbird

  1. Verify if the email from the sender is in the "Junk" folder. Right-click on the email and choose "Mark As Not Junk".

  2. Select "Address Book".

  3. Ensure that the "Personal Address Book" section is selected.

  4. Choose "New Card"; this action will open the "New Card" window.

  5. In the "Contact" section, copy the sender's "From" address and paste it into the provided email field.

  6. Press "Ok".

Norton AntiSpam

  1. Launch Norton AntiSpam.

  2. Click on the "Status & Settings" tab.

  3. Click the "Configure" option.

  4. Navigate to the "Allowed List" tab.

  5. Choose "Add".

  6. Type in the email address of the sender.

  7. Click "Ok".

McAfee

  1. Select the "Allow/Deny" option in the Control Console.

  2. In the "Allow List", input the sender's email address in the "Add Entries" field.

  3. Press "Save".

Mail.com

  1. Access the email.

  2. Select the "Plus" icon next to the sender's email address.

  3. Enter the sender's first and last name.

  4. Press "Ok".

GMX

  1. Access the email.

  2. Select the "Plus" icon adjacent to the sender's email address.

  3. Input the sender's first and last name.

  4. Hit "Ok".
